ProAgri Hub
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-09
This Privacy Policy explains how ProAgri Hub (“ProAgri Hub”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our products, including the PostPilot social-media scheduling service, Agri360 CRM, and Book George (together, the “Services”). It also describes the choices you have regarding your information. By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
ProAgri Hub is the software company that develops and operates the Services. For any privacy-related questions or requests, you can reach us at privacy@proagrihub.com.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — the name, email address, and login credentials you provide when you create an account, and basic settings you configure.
- Content you provide — information you enter into the Services, such as contacts in Agri360 CRM, bookings in Book George, and the posts, captions, images, and video you create or upload in PostPilot.
- Facebook & Instagram data (PostPilot) — described in detail in the section below.
- Technical and usage data — log data such as device and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the Services, used to operate, secure, and improve the product.
Facebook & Instagram data accessed by PostPilot
PostPilot publishes social-media content to Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business accounts on your behalf. To do this, PostPilot uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Graph API. When you connect a Facebook account and authorize PostPilot, we access and process only what is needed to provide the scheduling and publishing service:
- Facebook Page information — the name, ID, and basic profile details of the Pages you choose to connect.
- Page access tokens — the credentials issued by Meta that allow PostPilot to publish to the Pages you have authorized.
- Linked Instagram Business account information — the ID and account details of any Instagram Business account connected to a Page you manage, so posts can be published there.
- Page engagement & insights — read-only metrics such as Page and Instagram follower counts and basic engagement data on your connected accounts, used to display your audience and the performance of published posts.
- Content you choose to publish — the captions, images, and video you create or schedule in PostPilot for posting to your connected Pages and accounts.
To provide these features, PostPilot requests only the Meta permissions it needs: pages_show_list (list the Pages you manage), pages_manage_posts (publish posts you schedule), pages_read_engagement and instagram_basic (read Page/Instagram account info and follower counts), instagram_content_publish (publish to your Instagram Business account), and business_management (access the Business assets you authorize). We request no other permissions.
We use this data solely to schedule and publish the posts you create, on the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you have connected and authorized. We do not use this data for advertising profiling, and we do not access content outside the scope of the publishing features you use.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Services you use.
- To schedule and publish your content to the Pages and accounts you authorize (PostPilot).
- To secure the Services and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To respond to your support and privacy requests.
- To improve the reliability and quality of the Services, using aggregated or technical data.
Storage and security
We take the security of your data seriously. Facebook and Instagram Page access tokens are stored encrypted at rest, and access to them is restricted to the systems that need them to publish your content. We apply industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and monitoring — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- With Meta — we send your content and use your Page access tokens to Facebook/Instagram strictly to publish the posts you schedule on your authorized Pages and accounts.
- With service providers — trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, only to operate the Services.
- For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ProAgri Hub, our users, or the public.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we delete or revoke the associated access tokens and connection data. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
How to delete your data
You remain in control of your data and can revoke our access and delete your data at any time:
- Disconnect within the app — remove a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account in PostPilot. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored Page access token and connection data for that account.
- Remove the app on Facebook — go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites, find PostPilot / ProAgri Hub, and remove it. This revokes all permissions granted to the app and triggers our automated data-deletion callback.
- Automated Facebook data-deletion callback — when you remove the app from Facebook, Meta notifies our data-deletion endpoint at
https://schedular.proagrihub.com/api/meta/data-deletion, which deletes the data associated with your Facebook user. You can check the progress of a deletion request at our deletion-status page. - Request deletion — email privacy@proagrihub.com or follow our Data Deletion instructions to have us delete your account and all associated data.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@proagrihub.com. See our Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.
Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services.
