Data Deletion

ProAgri Hub gives you full control over the data we hold about you. This page explains how to delete your data — including any Facebook and Instagram data accessed by PostPilot — either yourself within the app, through your Facebook settings, or by sending us a request.
Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (self-serve)
The fastest way to revoke access and remove connection data is to disconnect the relevant account inside PostPilot:
- Sign in to PostPilot and open your account or connection settings.
- Select the connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account you want to remove and choose Disconnect.
- Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the stored Page access token and connection details for that account.
Option 2 — Remove the app on Facebook (self-serve)
You can also revoke all permissions granted to our app directly from Facebook:
- Go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find PostPilot / ProAgri Hub in the list of active apps.
- Select Remove. This revokes all permissions and access tokens previously granted to the app.
Once the app is removed, ProAgri Hub can no longer access your Facebook or Instagram data, and the associated tokens become invalid.
Automated Facebook data-deletion callback
PostPilot implements Facebook’s data-deletion callback. When you remove the app from your Facebook settings (Option 2 above), Meta automatically sends a signed deletion request to our configured callback endpoint:

On receiving the callback, our endpoint locates and deletes the data tied to your Facebook user — including stored Page access tokens, linked Facebook/Instagram account information, and associated connection data — and returns a confirmation code and the status URL above, where you can track the deletion to completion.
Option 3 — Email us a deletion request
To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, email privacy@proagrihub.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:
- The email address or account name registered with ProAgri Hub.
- Which data you want deleted (for example, your entire account, or a specific connected Facebook Page or Instagram account).
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.
What we delete and when
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete your personal data — including any stored Facebook/Instagram Page access tokens, linked account information, and content you provided — from our systems. We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations. We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.
